"All the news that fits" is a statement traditionally applied to the NY

     I doubt it. If one wants to keep track of Batboy, the WWN is the
best means of doing so.

     Actually, that was WWN's motto for a very long time. It changed
to "The world's only reliable news source." when they ended the print
copy and became available on the web only. 
     It's less likely a lie than it is a case of not knowing the motto
changed. It's not as if WWN held a star studded announcement about it.
But then, you don't really like reality much, so this won't matter to
you.
