Poles are closer to the core(bigger force of gravity.)Earth spins at 1030mph at the equator.Now you would think the oceans would be very deep at the equator but 5 miles deep is about it.Good thinking tells you why. TreBert

Is all of the bulge at the equator? If so we must start drilling and get all the gold,diamonds,and oil. Think centrifugal force  TreBert

Jupiter has biggest bulge.Its eye stays close to its bulge and gets great energy swirling around at such great speed  TreBert
