The Universal Gravitational Constant has been derived, after 331 years with just a magnitude.

G = V / (2 pi m tau*second)

where 

V = proton volume

m = proton mass

tau = 5.131534 nanoseconds

More details are on a website, but here is a summary of the simple geometry and algebra used for the derivation. According to Folmsbee Gravity Theory, gravity is caused by baryons shrinking space and growing time. The space shrunk is proportional to the acceleration. In fact, the space shrunk by the baryons is equal to the space fallen above a planet's surface, at R. That R radius is where g is a known in the following calculation for in a 1 second experiment dropping an apple.

tau = V2 / (V1 per second)

V2 is volume of all baryons on planet

V1 is planet shell volume

V1 = zA

A = planet area

A = 4 pi R^2

z = height fallen in 1 second test

z = (1/2)gt^2 

z = 4.9 meters on Earth

V1 = 1/2 g t^2 4 pi R^2

V2/V1 = (NV*second) / (1/2 g t^2*4 pi R^2)

t = 1 second

tau = 1 second * (NV*second) / (1/2 g t^2*4 pi R^2)

g = 1 second * (NV*second) / (1/2 tau t^2*4 pi R^2)

g = ((M/R^2) * V*second) / (2m pi tau second^2)

G = (V*second) / (2m pi tau second^2)

G = V / (2 pi m tau*second)
