There has to be a way to incorporate a solar furnace like:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Odeillo_solar_furnace

into a little test community where houses are little solar plants
themselves with miniature windmills and local batteries, or storage. One
megawatt per-furnace in ideal conditions can charge all the batteries,
what is the state of the art solar furnace output?

Go right ahead and do it, nobody's stopping you. Let us know

It would be nice if were privately funded. Therefore, no taxpayer money
would have to go into the pure experiment. I think it would be too
expensive for general use. We would have to increase the efficiency of a
thermoelectric generator to harness more energy from the heat wrt the
solar furnaces. More efficient batteries to store the non-actively used
energy would also help.

Also, if interested check this out:

> Harvesting energy out of radio waves?

What about building the 100% privately funded test community next to a
stream, or a river and collecting energy from the flow of water as well?
Volumes of little propellers in cages small enough to protect fish,
sitting in a stream turning local "alternators" and generating energy
directed to a main distributor, comprised of a "fractal" array of
batteries and active users. Each individual generating component
collects its own energy from its own independent source, active users
use it, network of local battery arrays store the left overs. It would
almost be a clustered NUMA system.

The experiment striving to efficiently collect energy from anything,
just a few "clean" sources:

Solar / Furnace (HOT!) / Concentrated Focused Heat
Wind / Air
Flow / Air / Water
Harvesting from Waves in the "aether", see fractal antennae...
GeoThermal

Sorry for just spewing my thoughts out loud here. I hope at least 1%
makes some sense?
