And, conversely, the cold migrates from the colder
side to the warmer side. Action/reaction. You just
proved my point, dude. So the cold outside air does
migrate through the window pane causing the pane
to transfer the cold into the house.

Heat is also a condition, so why two different rules?

No, it's called observational physics as opposed to
your *theoretical* physics.

It can be rightly assumed that warmer room air
radiating outward from the room would cause the
drapes to be pushed outward. Since exactly the
opposite happens (drapes being pushed into the
room by the cold radiating inwardly) that proves
your theoretical physics is incorrect.

You physicists are so full of it. Bah! You get all
caught up in your math and in your grants that
you totally ignore what your eyes and other
senses tell you.

So, if you had 100 layers with a 1 inch gap yielding R-700, all the cold
would radiate away and the cold molecules couldn't get in and you could
stay warm and toasty even when the ice age comes back? What about if a
hurricane comes and puts a hole in your bubble wrap shield or blows it
away? Did you think about that? Is it time to get a patent agent to
write it up so you can get money from all the cold people?

Larry Niven's Known Space had a device that could put out fires with a
beam, called a "Fyrestop".

Perhaps Professor Gerg could invent a device that transmits cold rays,
and thus would save the planet from all kinds of destruction.
