I had someone come out and trim the trees back, especially over my roof. I want to trim some of the brush back behind my house, but it's pretty steep. It's the stuff in front of the house on the other side of the road that worries me. If there was a fire, it would most likely come up that hill, but I don't own the property on that side. I'm thinking once I get the last two windows in, I might go ahead and install Hardie Board myself.
