Most people will not notice a 2.7 earthquake, even near the epicenter. A "5.6 in late Oct." where? There are between 1,000 to 1,500 earthquakes of magnitude 5.0 to 5.9 every year, or roughly three per day on average so your "prediction" is meaningless. -- Jim Pennino
