Quoting John Wheeler from Stephen Hawking's "A Brief History
Of Time, A Reader's Companion", "I had worked with the other
great man in the quantum debate, Niels Bohr, in Copenhagen.
And I know no greater debate in the last hundreds of years
than the debate between Bohr and Einstein, no greater debate
between two greater men, or one that extended over a longer
period of time--twenty-eight years--at a higher level of
colleagueship. To put it in brief: Does the world exist out
there independent of us, as Einstein thought; or, as Bohr
thought, is there some sense in which we, through our choice
of observing equipment, have something to do with what comes
about..." Einstein refused to believe in a reality that
precluded cause and effect. "God does not play dice with the
universe." he declared. He especially objected to the
theory's insistence that particles, forces, and events
seemed to come into existence only when a measurement or
 observation was made."

For more than half a century physicists and philosophers
debated whether the quantum theory really was a complete and
accurate description of reality. Then in 1964, physicist
John Bell proposed a brilliant method to resolve the issue.
"Bell's Theorem", says the eminent physicist Henry Stapps,
"is the most profound discovery of science." By the early
1980s a number of elegant experiments applying Bell's
Theorem have proved that quantum theory, which speaks in
terms of probabilities rather than actualities, is indeed a
complete explanation of reality... God DOES play dice with
 the universe!

Probing into the quantum realm upsets it.Einstein did not take that into his thinking.Cern uses great energy to smash particles WOW The reality of that is like hitting a Swiss watch with a hammer to see its parts. Good thing Cern was not in use when Einstein was arround. Einstein was not a lab.man.Thinking,and math was his name of fame Bert

News Flash: Einstein was right, Sam is wrong.

"God" is nature; silly man is the one playing dice.

Once the cards are all dealt, and the dice stop rolling,
and the bets are paid out, the "probability wave" has collapsed.

The biggest "loophole" in Bell's Theorem is:

It's an ensemble of tests, a series, not just one test...
like a pollster, asking 5 _ liars if they'll vote for Hillary or not.

You can't prove anything, not ThermoDynamics ( Entropy and eXergy ),
nor General Relativity; in fact, they _ contradict each other.

The best you can do is:

 - Find it useful ( in its domain ).
 - Try to Falsify it ( in its domain ).

Both Einstein and Neil deGrasse Tyson hate the word "atheist"
because people think it means you _ hate all religions,
when, in fact, you might enjoy parts of them, as I do.

George Harrison’s "My Sweet Lord" by "Family & Friends", Nov 2016:

Hare Krishna, Hare Rama, Hare Jesus.

Rama is the seventh avatar of Vishnu,
one of his most popular incarnations,
along with Krishna, and Gautama Buddha.

AA Its is true in Gods there is death by the millions.Gods are in back of all wars. Its even possible that aliens planted the seeds of Gods so mankind can kill itself off.Because of Gods man will be dead by the billions before he hits the ground. That is reality.Gods are evil,as proven by their history. I speak for mankind. Bert

For all of recorded history, some leader was "Thee One and Only God";
Stalin was no exception. First you kill God, then you take His place.

Bert: I like your use of the word, "smite." It is a good and useful
word and we don't use it frequently enough. Do you remember this Ogden
Nash poem?

Senator Smoot (Republican, Ut.)
Is planning a ban on smut.
Oh rooti-ti-toot for Smoot of Ut.
And his reverent occiput.
Smite, Smoot, smite for Ut.,
Grit your molars and do your dut.,
Gird up your loins,
Smite hip and thigh,
We'll all be Kansas
By and By.

When smut's to be smitten
Smoot will smite
For God, for country,
And Fahrenheit.

Idiots play dice; nature is _ not an idiot.
