I guess you are used to being a moron all the time by now. "Payoff" does
not include all the pollution produced by the dire chemicals needed to
construct solar. Like all Libs you aren't really "green" only focus on
your agenda. (Yes people are working on better less dire systems but
they aren't as efficient. That's the way you lib liars work. You take
one figure from here and another from there and mash them together as if
they weren't mutually exclusive (math term to melt you libs).

You libs don't do quantity, do you?

Pictured above: "benj"-kook's idea of a "scientific" argument. It mostly
consists of name-dropping "math" (without, you know, doing any actual
*math*) and making vague and unsourced assertions.

This seems to be a common pattern with all of the climate denier k0oks.

No, you simply found some studies which would tend to suggest what you want
to hear, but they are based largely on theory and don't take into account
the actual conditions that would apply in a home installation. Where
orientation, tracking, cleaning, maintenance, and such may be all but
non-existent.

Real world results show that of the actual generated power that is obtained
and actually useable makes reaching energy neutrality little more than a
pipe dream.

Nor do they consider all the secondary energy usage and pollution necessary
in manufacture, assembly, transport, erection, maintenance and service.

The key word being IF.....which seems to exist only on paper and in
theory....not in real world results.

Otherwise, we wouldn't need to mandate their use, or to subsidize them. Then
we have all the issues of still having to maintain 100% redundancy and all
the cost and pollution that means.

Idiot, the payoff time IS real world results. As in the experiences of
actual owners of solar panels.

You are indeed:

https://www.energysage.com/solar/cost-benefit/how-long-do-solar-panels-take-to-pay-for-themselves/

"The financial benefits of going solar are now well documented. Solar
panel systems actually function as investments with strong rates of
return, and homeowners generating solar electricity can avoid paying
increased utility rates by eliminating their electricity bills."

Well, they're well documented everywhere *except* Fox News, Breitbart,
and other conservative watering-holes where they get paid handsomely by
the Koch Bros. to pretend that solar technology is still as it was circa
1980.

So, you've just indirectly given away where you go for "news"

This from a site that has as their mission the promotion of solar.

So I really doubt they are an adequate source for unbiased and objective
