I pay nothing for my Internet; it's free with rent,
because my share is 2.50$ per month ( 80$/32 ).
How, pray tell, could you beat that price, Hugh ?

Likewise, "owning" a big home is more expen$$$ive ( and exhausting ),
then renting a tiny place in the big city.

I don't commute. I walk. No bus, train or taxi.
I have only cash and job incomes, no liabilities.
