This is not bad thinking since we know gravity is a one way in force.Universe so big,and galaxies so far apart.We know red light is in and with this we go with expansion.Still gravity tells me to think in this falling in posibility.How say you? Bert

Maybe this will be the year (2019) that we nail down more information on Dark Matter.

Reality gravity will win,and create an implosion that will make the Sun a white dwarf.That is the way medium stars end up.Dark matter is not part of our universe.My "time laps theory tells why. BHs could be said to be Dark Matter,but they are not.Yes I have a theory as to what is the structure inside a BH.Will post it clearly in time.Bert

Where ever a particle exists it makes a space dimple.Where ever a star exists it makes a dent.Where there is a galaxy its a big concave dent.etc. What keeps all from falling into each other is circular motion.Gravity force pushes in,and centrifical force pushes out.Its all well balance to last billions of years. Thus here we are,and lucky we are.Bert

The hot dense sun evaporates into the cold vacuum;
the sun is losing 4.3 million tons/second.

Eventually, all eXergy will be consumed away, replaced with entropy,
leaving us with a uniform heat bath that has all of the energy,
but none of the eXergy.

Einstein's Cosmological Constant ( 1.11 * 10^−52 / Meters^2 ) tells us
that outer space is growing EXPONENTIALLY, gravity is dying off;
-- i.e. the "Heat Death" predicted by Lord Kelvin, 1852,

Nothing to do with "dying" gravity. It is gaining angular momentum from
the slowing rotation of the earth, caused by tides. This causes it to
orbit further out. (this also converts some of the energy of earth's
rotation into gravitational potential energy of the moon/earth)

If a moon orbits retrograde or orbits its planet faster than the planet
rotates, tidal effects cause it to get _closer_ to the host planet.
Eventually the moon will either collide with its planet or break up into a
ring system. Triton orbits Neptune, it will crash into it after some
billions of years. Phobos orbits Mars faster than Mars rotates, it, too,
will break up or crash in only 30-50 million years.

Earth's moon will move away until the earth's rotation is slowed enough
to be tidally locked with the moon (earth keeps the same face to the moon
same as the moon keeps the same face to the earth), again in some billions
of years. Nothing to do with gravity dissipating, everything to do with
complex Newtonian mechanics.

>4.3 million tons are "falling" away from the sun every second,
>and gravity is slowly dying, R.I.P.

Yes the sun has a finite life span, but the sun will die because it will
run out of hydrogen, not because it radiates energy away. The energy
radiated away still gravitates. The Pound-Rebka experiment effect will
also convert a little of the photon's energy to gravitational potential
energy. Just as galaxy cluster motion converts some "dark energy" into
gravitational potential energy.

Being "inside" the photon shell, we can't detect the gravitation of the
sun's past light from here.
