So their redshifts are also gravitational. Their is No Universal Edge so Quasars are equally distributed throughout the universe with distance redshift being secondary. Plenty of heat, Plenty of entropy. So are accretion discs in orbit and for how long? Astronomical objects formed billions of years ago so finding a disc left would be hard.
