I know what common things are lethal and easy to get, which does not

Asphyxiation is a horrible way to die especially when compared to

Anything can be lethal. Why didn't you mention
alcohol? Alcohol is lethal in large doses. But it is,
like others you mentioned, not the best way to go.
Very nasty indeed.

I don't know, my claim is based on observation only.
He was an intelligent man (above average for sure). I
know he had delusions and was diagnosed with brain
disease, but I'm pretty sure he did it with planning
and purpose. He had money and means to extend his life
as long as his brain disease would let him, but he'd
decided against it.

He chose asphyxiation over OD. OD must be very bad
cause Kurt Cobain had tried it and still chose gun.
When he died he had enough narcotics in his blood to
kill him five times over, but when dying time came it
was bad enough to make him use the gun. These are
solid facts. You can't just dismiss them.

Williams had access to all sorts of narcotics. But he
probably knew enough about them not to go that way.

Those who actually die by OD don't intend to die. They
do it in strange places and that kills them (body
doesn't know what's coming). Narcotics are not the
easiest way to leave life according to those who
tried. It just seems to be the "politically correct
way" to leave life.

Sure even water is lethal if you drink too much, but irrelvant to the
point of easy and painless suicide.

Nonsense.

15.9% of suicides are from poisioning, i.e. OD on something.

26.7% are suffocation, i.e. hanging.

Statistics indicate that roughly 12 people harm themselves for every
reported death by suicide.

Almost right, 49.9% of suicides are by firearm, which is seldom
survivable.

Are you sure you didn't get it backwards? Perhaps it
said only 15.9% of OD's turn out to be suicide
attempts.

Firearm is effective but is nasty. It's a shame like
using belts. Assisted suicide is the best way and
curare could've very well been a useful part of it.
Hell vets know it's best doing that for very sick
cats, so why not humans as well.

Death by curare would not be a nice way to die, idiot.

Vets don't use curare, they use narcotics and the animal just goes
to sleep never to wake up, idiot.

I meant assisted suicide, not curare. And I am pretty
sure at least around 1999 they still used something
that suddenly and totally paralyzed the cat. It
couldn't have been curare though cause the heart also
suddenly stopped. Curare doesn't do that. In lethal
dose it only induces asphyxiation.

Nope, a large dose of an anesthetic often done in two doses; the first
to relax the animal and put it to sleep and the second to cause death.

It has been that way in the US since about 1990.

Methods in third world hell holes may vary.

These were serious, desperate, honest attempts on the
side of the story tellers who had themselves come to
youtube to find answers to their miseries. You cannot
find such information even in academic and educational
sources. The patients themselves had done all that
together with their numerous doctors and hadn't found
quite what they were looking for.

You either don't know what you're talking about or are
again baiting me for information. I bring all my
information in, in a discussion. I'm ideal usenet
netizen.

Yeah, right, all those youtube videos are made by geniuses that didn't
need to go to medical school or do controlled studies.

For terminally ill it is allowed (and helped). For
non-terminally ill you just do it yourself of course
cause you wouldn't give a damn if there was a law
against it or not.

Hmm. Yes I just read it. Things have changed towards
better :) They've understood that they shouldn't play
guardians for individuals.

There are too many humans. Make curare in lethal doses
an over the counter med in USA, complete with
instructions and a syringe. Say $8.99. Like a
hamburger and a drink. When dying in USA becomes as
easy as having a hamburger that's when we have
advanced past the Swiss. Let those who want to die,
fucking die.

Rolf, only lefty Libs think that people need "help" to die. I mean just
how Stooopid does a person have to be to be dumber and more incompetent
than some progie? Something happens in life and since words and bullshit
(which has the best mark-up) is all Lefty Libs know they all have
everyone convinced that anyone suffering life needs to find some Lib for
"counseling" to help them cope. How stupid does a person have to be to
think one needs a Lib to help you? Hell, Libs can't even find their own
ass if you allow them to use both hands. Plenty of examples right here.

Look. There are thousands of ways any COMPETENT person can find to off
themselves. People do it all the time when they don't even mean to. Lots
of illegal drugs out there. Lots of tall places to jump off, lots of
guns (until Hillary the commie gets elected) lots of electricity. You
name it.

Anyway, I presume this concern here is one of yours as you are clearly a
person who needs journalist help with life's little trials (except
writing software and I can tell that although your code sucks major, it
is STILL orders of magnitude beyond what any of the other blowhards here
are capable of! BWAHAHAHA! Just imagine HVAC trying to deal with
assembler source! Is that funny or WHAT?

Anyway, the point here is where I went to school there is a long
standing tradition if you want to check out, you MUST jump off the
Football Stadium. Do it for the old school tie! Can you imagine the
SHAME at my school when that female nutjob killed herself by setting
fire to her dorm room (and taking a few students with her)? Kids today!
They not only don't have brains, but no sense of tradition either!

Rolf, if life gets you down, don't bother with a bunch of bureaucratic
paperwork! Government bullshit is WORSE than death! Just ask John.

You can come use our stadium and we'll allow it a personal university
"donation" to make up for that stupid firebug.

RIP ROLF

Nope. That is just nonsense. NOT going to happen.

What the hell? All I do is explain what other people have said and then
*I* get accused of making stuff up? Hillary has been saying point blank
what she is going to do and I take it you are not listening (well, you
certainly can't be blamed for that) Hey, The democrats are having a
"sit-in" in Congress right now demanding that all guns be removed from
those not given permission (like say non-party members and
non-government employees)

Hillary and the Democrats are demanding that the president be given
power to make an "enemies" list of anyone he deems should not have
access to firearms. There you go. I suggest a real nice list of persons
to have gun rights turned off can be obtained from the census bureau or
the IRS. No problem.

The USSR banned all private guns and they had an official crime rate of
ZERO. That can happen here too. Think about it!

Would love to see it!

Oh, you mean the people who Republicans agree might be terrorists and should
not be able to even fly. And even then the idea is they should not buy
guns... not have theirs taken. So you are just making up the thing about her
coming to take guns.

Do not get me wrong. The no-fly list has no due process and I think needs to
be fixed. I think she should speak of that, too. But your claims are as
dishonest as hers. And she is grossly dishonest.

What does the IRS have to do with the no-fly list?

Well, we clearly have to do something about guns in this country... but the
NRA has dim wits convinced any reasonable gun laws are against the second
amendment (a fairly new interpretation of the second amendment). But this
has nothing to do with Clinton and your claim that she would make guns rare.

Republicans said the same thing about Obama. And the last Clinton. In both
cases gun sales went UP, not down. There are more guns in the hands of
citizens now than 8 years ago.

Well, I did, and it sounds like the usual soviet lie. No such thing as
a crime rate of zero.

It just amazes me how people feel the need to make up stories to make even
dishonest people like Clinton seem worse than they are.
