Binary pulsars are basically at relativistic speeds to each other, so, light speed is only 0.5c.

The binary pulsar is an interesting system for empirical study of actual behavior of relativistic systems, vis-à-vis, their model we have where the collider is on the particle instead of solar scale. Yeah, other outlets had that as a binary pulsar.
