At closest approach, Mars is 56X10^9 meters away.

All you have to do is accelerate at 0.98 G toward Mars for 1.5 days
then decelerate at 0.98 G for 1.5 days.

However at the mean distance of 225X10^9 meters, you need to accerate
and decelerate at 2.7 G.

I doubt one would be fit and frisky after 3 days of nearly 3 G.
