   atmosphere giving a truer picture of the warming earth.

The Berkeley Report uses marginal data sources and interpolated readings.

Sam the Sham and the greens are so funny! They so desperately want 
temperature to rise to "prove" their bogus theories about CO2 that when 
the land-surface temperatures stopped going up (they called it a pause 
since by their superpowers they KNOW it will start to go up again later) 
which is to say Dr. Hanson's GISS values, Berkeley lefties started 
measuring EVERYTHING to try to find an increase. And no surprise, you 
paint enough mice and you get what you are looking for.

over what time span ?

for that conficence level, none of data can be before 1995, as that is 
before any accurate sattilite surface temp data.

so they CANNOT say it was the hottest on record.

very basic stuff here, and it is obvious that they are lying.
