remember the emergancy generators/pumps in New Orleans to pump out flood
water, that WERE BUILT BELOW SEA LEVEL ?

so when it flooded, it took out the emergancy generators/pumps first.

Man's folly.

Man should build things 10 feet above mean sea level, so the structure
will not be flooded in the next 1000 years.

Revere Beach had break waters. The hugh rocks came down by barge from Canada. It saved the shore and put people to work.It was a plan. No GOPers could steal. Thus it would not work with todays GOPer corruption. TreBert
