Jim Its all desert.Its fine sand and dust.Its very bright Sun.Cool nights warm days.5 years and no rain. If this is not desert why am I seeing camels,men wearing sheets,and women in vales going into Walmart. TreBerrt

Even in the real desert regions, there are only very small areas that are
sand deserts in California.

I can only guess why you see what you say you see.

Jim I see wearing very dark glasses that only let the color green through.Its a desert hot Sun here in Anaheim.The desert air here has little moisture.No morning fog. Was the coldest night so far. If you have any proplem that I';m not in S.Calif. Come to thge Anaheim Plaza,and you can ask for me there I am very well known and loved.  TreBert

If you can't see the morning fog, take off your sunglasses.

I would hardly call 66 F, the current temperature in Anaheim, "desert hot".
