I've heard different times even for my area but all agree it's
before 22:00 rather than later.  One report this morning
said that the moon will be in full eclipse at moonrise.  I
suspect that the "news" item comes from a feed which is non-local.

Good chance to test your skills at using the eclipse to calculate your longitude as Comumbus and other early navigators did.

    The moon has ris in my neck of the woods.  This rare eclipse starts
    in less than ten minutes. And clear skies!

I got out too late.  Distracted by watching Donald Trump on television.  Only saw the "Super Moon".
