Anyone that bothered to look at the Weather Channel or any other weather
forcast knew it was going to rain long before your "prediction".

Southern California averages 1.5 earthquakes per day of 1.5 or greater, so
"predicting" an earthquake on any given day is pretty much a sure thing.
