The global annual temperature is all smoke and mirrors and meaningless.

Surface measurements have urban areas overrepresented which raises
the average due to the urban heat island effect and wilderness areas
under represnted which has who knows what kind of effect.

The only data that is anywhere near global is satellite data and
even that is skewed by orbits.

But it is all much ado about nothing as nothing is effected by this
global annual temperature other than hysterical Chicken Littles.

Random weather fluctuations have orders of magnitude more effect.
