Which shows your cherry picking logic. 
Temperature is a physical quantity. Single dimension. 

Volume is a physical quantity just as much as mass is. Note you need both
mass and volume to produce density, which is ANOTHER clearly physical
entity.

To you, detection means it can be seen, touched, held, cut, felt. You
confuse detectable with tangible. Physical reality encompasses more than
the tangible, though that may be hard to swallow for a bridge engineer.

The curvature of spacetime CAN be measured, by letting things fall on
geodesic through it. You are not familiar with any of these observations?
