The real Planet 9 is totally different from the old Nibiru hypothesis. 
The real Planet 9 is, and stays, far out in/beyond the Kuiper Belt.

Whenever that beast takes over an educational channel they gut the real 
serious documentary type content and flood its schedule with right-wing 
propaganda pap like the xenophobia-stoking and authoritarian "Border 
Security", with junk-food "documentaries" like Hoarders, Ice Road 
Truckers, and Storage Wars, and with pseudo-intellectual bullshit like 
Nibiru "documentaries" and "I'm not saying it was aliens, but..." stuff. 
All of it directed at the NASCAR fan demographic instead of actual 
educated and involved citizens, which Murdoch has taken as a collective 
enemy (along with, no doubt, blacks, Muslims, Jews, homosexuals, and all 
of the other usual scapegoats wherever fascists gain power -- except in 
Israel, of course, where the local homegrown version of fascism 
scapegoats blacks, Muslims, Palestinians, homosexuals, and the educated 
instead).
