I've heard that the bomb was past its experitation date, and the had to
get rid of it.

Cheaper to drop it over there, then trying to fight the greenies over
here disassembeling it.

that bomb is dangerious, once past it expiry date, it could kill
someone.  Especially if  you dropped it armed froman aircraft.
