It may have been funny in Lil'Abner, but that strip has been dead for
almost 40 years. Lil'Abner was about illiterate hillbillies that did

Other than my time in the Army I have never been a gummint (sic) worker

Every worker, in first world countries, gets vacation and sick leave,
not just government workers, kook.
