john <johnsefton288@gmail.com> tarded: >Michael >Wake the fuck up. >If you say your Science is good, >but all your chemical "fixes" just >keep making matters worse, then >your Science ain't no damn good. Science, and chemistry is a TOOL. Tools can be used for good or bad, but overall usually more good comes from the tools than bad. Chemistry is no different. >For example, Monsanto put chemical >in Columbia's wells to stop the >mosquitos, and thousands of babies >are born microcephalic. Hey- blame it >on the mosquitos- even though Peru >has those same mosquitos and no such >problem. Oh good grief! You want to blame the effects of Zika on Monsanto? Monsanto are hardly angels, but come on! I am sure very good scientists have been researching this and have a very definite cause-and-effect link between Zika and microcephaly. I'm sure you have a reputable source for that (not a kooksite). >Lack of knowledge about how atoms work >equals 100% TOXIC chemicals. Look at >the bottom of EVERY label: MAY CAUSE >DEATH. Lack of knowledge about how atoms work? Are you now claiming that your Spinny Things will save us all?? Benzene is only a carcinogen because nobody (but you) knows how benzene molecules are made of Dancing Precessing Spinny Things? And if only scientists would look at your animations....? >Is Science to blame? Toxicity is determined by how those chemicals react with other chemicals (of the human body). >Another example: all the bees are in trouble. >Why? F-en Monsanto trying to kill shit >without killing other shit. As an amateur beekeeper I know there is a lot of shit going on with bees. Yes, pesticides are part of it but there is a lot else. Tracheal mites, varroa, colony collapse disorder, other diseases, etc. >To continue: repression of possible energy >sources OTHER than OIL. You say that's never >happened? You're deluded. And now we >have a world covered in oil and oceans >awash in plastics. Around here, solar panels are sprouting up like mushrooms. Part of the oil company conspiracy, I guess. But there is a lot that there isn't much choice other than oil. Yet. Cars/transportation. Give chemistry time and they will produce better batteries so we can power our cars from Canadian Hydropower rather than Saudi oil. We're getting there, slowly. >Is Science to blame if they can make >radioactive shit but can't de-activate it? Some things are easier to do than undo. These days, radioactive anything is greatly avoided. You need to wipe the foam from your mouth again.
