The government is made up of people. Corporations are also made up of 
people. Families are made up of people.

Lying happens in any accumulation of people. Repeat: ANY accumulation of 
people.

Therefore lying happens in government, happens in corporations, happens 
in families. It is something that is a part of life, and which every 
single human has to be able to operate with.

What is interesting is why some folks have difficulty operating with 
this reality. What is interesting is why some folks find that this is 
only truly evil when it happens from the government.

Never forget that Ben believes that if anyone is ever found to say 
anything false, then NOTHING that person says is to be trusted ever 
again. Same goes for any aggregation of people.
