I beg to differ. The CMBR was a *prediction* of the Big Bang theory. How 
can the Big Bang theory make a prediction of something it would be 
incompatible with?

Here you have wandered away from comparison with experimental 
observations and are trying to make an argument on some grounds other 
than comparison with observation. That's not how science works.

I'm sorry, but the presumption that the Cosmos has a structure is not a 
law that has to be respected. It is your hypothesis which you believe 
should be true, but you have no basis for rejecting all other theories 
that don't include your hypothesis. The only -- I repeat, ONLY -- viable 
measure of validity of a theory is comparison with experimental 
observation. Consistency with your privately held hypotheses is not a 
viable measure of validity.
