Water Vapor is a greenhouse gas, the most prevelent one.

how developed?  the flipping POOR countries are goig to stay POOR ddue 
to corruption, lack of resources, lack of industrial base, and they will 
get PAYMENST of 100 billion dollars to stay that way.

this is a non binding world wide "agreement" to bullshit everybody else.
