Thank you mister Gary. However along large distances those distances are 
not very constant, the surface of Earth, the plateaus etc, being in 
motion. I suspect those distance are to be defined by high accuracy 
dessignated satellite in space, sort of GPS. The soil of Earth is not 
stable. I dont understand.
