M291 resin has nothing to do with radioactivity, it's for chemical warfare agent first aid (VX, mustard gas etc.) If there was a nuclear device, the area couldn't be entered for about 70 days, yet rescuers were there the first day and the freaking President of the United States was there the third day!!
