Saw a horror/vampire movie (Salem's Lot?) that depicted a catholic burial. The lines that the priest was reading, similar to the one you quoted above, were SO bizarre in that context. I have an atheist friend who gets mad when religion is in a film. But to me that's where it belongs...In a horror film. -- Cut off one head, two more shall take its place.
