Well, I went and read the story he referred to later -- the story (with 
the anonymous byline) makes some leaps of logic to arrive at the idea 
that these were migrants.

In fact, there may be more evidence in the article that they are 
crystalnachters from the so-called "Sweden Democrats", who are neo-nazis.
