In a court of law, one would first need to prove anthropogenic induced
climate change exists, AND then prove anthropogenic induced climate change
did in fact cause harm AND then prove the defendant caused anthropogenic
induced climate change.

Since all the cliate change hysteria is based on ifs and coulds, you
would never get past the first step.
