An obvious impossibility, but media talking heads know little of the
real world and just read what they are handed.

Either the report was garbled or someone lied from the start.

education and a functioning brain.

There were no CGIs.

As you describe it:

You have to change the laws of physics.

You have to invent a nuclear device that can be buried under a building
and starts it's destruction from the top of the building down, and
stops at the building foundation.

You have to have control over every source of news on the planet, including
those in countries hostile to the USA.

You have to have control over every seismograph on the planet, including
those in countries hostile to the USA.

You have to have a budget of billions of dollars.

You have to have a support staff of many thousands.

You have to somehow keep the tens thousands of people normally on the
streets and sourounding buildings in New York out of the area.

You have to have a way to create CGIs in 2001 in less than many months.

You have to have a ready supply of wrecked airplanes and human body
parts.

There is more, but that is more than enough to come to the conclussion
that your "explanation" of 9/11 is pure fantasy.
