Einstein used a bilogical clock when he measured Time with...feelings.

The operative word is "seems".

There is no clock that exist
which reads a minute as an hour, or
an hour as a minute.

So, Albert Einstein must be
using a different type of clock...

a body clock.
a biologial clock
a clock that exist only in his  mind.
