Now, stepping back..

looking at the person looking at the ocean..

Lets say for all intent and purposes an alien from outer space is looking
at the person looking at the ocean..

the alien would say..."The majority population of people walking on the earth ...have Fish Heads!

So, now you have here
trillions of fishes
in one universe of water..
and in the universe of air above it
mostly fish heads.
