I think that it is the resident of Paradise who is experiencing
the 1000 years as a day, not (necessarily) the earth.
So, I would ask the question "How fast would I (in heaven)
be traveling relative to God?"
Although, come to think of it it works both ways doesn't it?
Is there also a verse somewhere that says something like
"a day for You in my sight is as a thousand years"?
As a bonus, the hyper-relativistic-God theory explains
how He can do all that sparrow-watching. How many years
would it take an ex-sparrow to hit the ground?
Anyway:
gamma = 1/sqrt( 1 - beta^2 )
= (1000 years)/( 1 day ) = 365242.2
beta = v/c
= 1 - 1/(2*gamma^2)
= 1 - 3.748e-12
c = 299792458 m/s
v = c - 1.124 millimeters/second
So, fast.
