Now, how many times have you heard
a member of the 'scientific community' sing

"We Only Just Begun"?

It's like a mantra...they just keep 
repeating it over and over whenever
they reach...a end of a line.

My question is..."Who is "WE" "?


Usually it's a sole individual 
in the 'scientific communtiy'
that says "We Only Just Begun".

Who is this sole individual
refering to when he says
"We Only Just Begun"?

Some organization like NASA?
Or the IAU? Or both?

Who is "We"?

That is my question.
