Some tidbits about the city that Bert wants to "overhaul": Overnight street parking has been banned in Fullerton since before WWII, so there are few bums in old vans hanging around Fullerton. Hawaiian Punch was invented and first sold in Fullerton. Fullerton is the original home of Fender, who's guitars you may have heard of. Contrary to Bert's claim, Fullerton does not have a Senior Center, but does have several Community Centers, some of which have Senior programs. -- Jim Pennino
