Google _Groups_ has its own spam reporting (dys)functionality, but Sam is not posting to Usenet via either GMail or Google Groups, but GigaNews. The terms of service can be found at <http://www.giganews.com/legal/tos_personal.html> I still hope that Sam takes the warning shot for what it is, reconsiders, and that my submitting a formal complaint will not be necessary.
