The news had it that many sports buildings were bombed also. Some of them may have been in this park. ٰI just checked. Yes this park and its buildings were bombed by Israelis and Americans in both wars. The google image of it shows most of its area is near arid and signs of bombings and leveling are present. This could be because in their databases the place has always been a military base, who knows. Anyway, it looks leveled, with almost no greeneries left. Many bomb craters are also visible. Some buildings still stand. I guess it has to wait till this war is over before reconstruction could begin.
