They're slowly getting there :) Iran's success in developing effective missiles, combined with the correct idea of defense behind it, has encouraged them to go beyond manpads and AKs and hand carried explosives in warfare, and break the imaginary barrier of "leaving the rest of it for those who have the technology". Ghods itself was originally reverse engineered Russian Kh-55 cruise missile. But Iranians through time made several improvements in it making it quite effective (read that "deadly") for both sea and land warfare. With KH-55 you couldn't keep American warships afar from your shores. With Ghods you can! Yemen has been using these missiles for years against both land and sea targets, and claim they developed it themselves without reverse engineering the Ghods. So they may have gone the same path that Iran did, beginning with KH-55 and continually upgrading them. The 39-day war on Iran proved that the Palantir's products were superseded by the AI system that Iran uses in predicting the flight paths that the bombers would take.
