Well, let's use Einstein's train then. Einstein says that a clock on the train will be slower than a clock on the ground. So we use these equations to represent the time of the clock on the ground:
x'=x-vt
y'=y
z'=z
t'=t
If the clock on the train is slower, as Einstein says, then the inverse equations using t and t' say nothing about a slower clock on the train.
x = x' - v't'
y = y'
z = z'
t = t'
v'= -v
These equations show that a clock on the train has the same rate of time as a clock on the ground. But, supposing that there is a slower clock on the train, can the Galilean transformation equations describe the time of that clock?
The Galilean transformation equations can describe any rate or measurement of time. If one rate or measurement of time is different from another, you just use a different set of variables in the transformation equations for time and velocity.
x = x' - v'n'
y = y'
z = z'
n = n'
So now if you wish to use the time of the slower clock on the train, what you do is convert it to t' in the first two sets of Galilean transformation equations. There would be a factor k to make this conversion.

They invented guided missiles, jet airplanes, the Tiger tank, and the jerry can. After the war, my father was operations officer at Point Mugu Naval Missile Base at Point Mugu, California. A whole bunch of the scientists working there, which included Werner von Braun from time to time, were directly from the Nazi war machine.

Why would the thesis of a paranoid schizophrenic, likely written before the schizophrenia set in (common for schizophrenia to strike in the late 20's) be of particular interest? I could imagine it could be of some interest to those studying schizophrenia, esp. looking for warning signs, but there were/are many very intelligent people who fell victim to schizophrenia. TK may be of more interest because he killed/wounded several people and was famous, but "most requested thesis" seems absurd, when the theses of people like Hawking, Einstein, Chandrasekhar, Feynman, Watson, Bohr, Curie, etc. etc. would likely all spark more interest. >Just a few scientists wanted to read Hawkings. I am not sure what you are arguing here, but you should take note that the fact that a person was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia (or another mental disorder) and, even apprehended, DOES NOT, OF ITS OWN, invalidate their (scientific) work. There has always been a thin line between geniality and madness. Consider, for example, the 1994 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences (“Nobel Prize in Economics”) and 2015 Abel Prize laureate John Forbes Nash Jr. (1928–2015; his life and his battle with the disorder is depicted in the excellent 1998 movie “A Beautiful Mind”, I had meantioned it before). The problem with Robert Winn’s certified mental state is not that he has it but (a) that it apparently remains untreated as by his own account he escaped a mental institution and, we have to assume as a result, (b) the incoherent and inconsistent ideas that come from him with regards to science in general, and physics and relativity in particular. If he had some superficially outlandish-looking idea that upon closer inspection would turn out to be revolutionary, for example in physics, and that would earn him, for example, the Nobel Prize in Physics, then I would be among the first to congratulate him on that. I am sure it is as valid as any similar thesis, but not any more so. Why would it be of so much interest that it would be the "most requested doctoral thesis", even more than those of Einstein, Hawking and so many of the other greats of math and science? I even mentioned it was likely written before the schizophrenia set in. Schizophrenia often sets in relatively late. And yes, the line between genius and insanity is often thin. I could see that perhaps it may be of some interest to those studying schizophrenia looking for clues or warnings, and of interest because of Kaczinski's notoriety, but "the most requested doctoral thesis" sounds bogus.
