Is the "LET aether" ruled out by GR ?

Respectively, would be GR related expected experiment outcome
depend on LET aether existence ?

Yes, in the same sense that SR is ruled out by GR. A "GR-like" extension of LET
seems impossible to me, because LET denies the underlying symmetry at the heart
of both SR and GR (local Lorentz invariance [#]). Of course LET is ruled out, or
at least requires rather unseemly extensions, by the discovery of the weak and
strong nuclear forces that (like electrodynamics) are Lorentz invariant.

[#] It is certainly ironic that the Lorentz Ether Theory fails to
	obey Lorentz invariance.

Lots of examples of space-based experiments that should have detected aether
drag if it existed.

For example, the Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE), operative
since 2002, uses K-Band microwaves (roughly a centimeter) to monitor the
distance between twin satellites 200 Km apart to within 10 micrometers. Any
aether drag should have been manifest in systematic errors in the measurement of
the satellite separation.

There's also a satellite-based experiment under construction
called mSTAR that will directly do a Kennedy-Thorndike experiment
in space, to search for possible (very small) violations of
Lorentz invariance.

SR justifies nothing. It is an illusion based on deformation of bodies and the duration of time changed due to motion.

Well, this is illusion about SR.

The title of Einstein SR paper "On the Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies." implies that Maxwell's theory is being justified.

Curious (Wikipedia)

The Experiments on the relative motion of the earth and ether have been completed and the result decidedly negative. The expected deviation of the interference fringes from the zero should have been 0.40 of a fringe – the maximum displacement was 0.02 and the average much less than 0.01 – and then not in the right place. As displacement is proportional to squares of the relative velocities it follows that if the ether does slip past the relative velocity is less than one sixth of the earth’s velocity.
— Albert Abraham Michelson, 1887

"From the standpoint of the then current aether models, the experimental results were conflicting. The Fizeau experiment and its 1886 repetition by Michelson and Morley apparently confirmed the stationary aether with partial aether dragging, and refuted complete aether dragging. On the other hand, the much more precise Michelson–Morley experiment (1887) apparently confirmed complete aether dragging and refuted the stationary aether.[A 5] In addition, the Michelson–Morley null result was further substantiated by the null results of other second-order experiments of different kind, namely the Trouton–Noble experiment (1903) and the Experiments of Rayleigh and Brace (1902–1904). These problems and their solution led to the development of the Lorentz transformation and special relativity."

Also

Walther Ritz's emission theory (or ballistic theory), was also consistent with the results of the experiment, not requiring aether. The theory postulates that light has always the same velocity in respect to the source

In your first post the stationary aether is confirmed and in the second post the aether is not required.

It is symptomatic of SR constantly confusing the issue, both accepting and denying the aether.

Actually, it is symptomatic that YOU constantly are confused about what
SR says.

No, not confused but I do not believe it.
