Hence you likely feel insecure. I seen people running away from tensors.
Must be something they don't understand.

Moronic Lazy Witless Organism projects his own faults on others.
He confirms this every time he posts his nonsensical baloney.

Why didn't you follow Maciej's post with the above statement? Just curious.

What is this?? You must be a CAD designer. If the top of the wheel is
going at (close to) c, at what speed is its center going at? You want
hints?

And since you say you are a CAD designer, in Math Modelling, let me
elaborate. The train is pushed and driven by its axles, not by the top of
the wheels. This is how this piece of equipment, called Train, works in
laboratories around the world.

Moreover, there are Two Interfaces, the Embankment to the Wheel and the
Wheel to the Train. The transport of Work is not done directly, in this
Configuration.

I'm not sure how the transfer is done when a Magnetic based propulsion is
embedded in stead of Wheels. It looks like direct, but I feel like it must
be not. Thank you for the equation.

No, a mathematician.

> If the top of the wheel is
> going at (close to) c, at what speed is its center going at? You want

People have already answered your question. Check the Internet for images
of rolling wheels in relativity. Be careful not to confuse the actual
_measured_ shape (points on the wheel that are simultaneous according
to the observer's frame) with the _visual appearance_ (or a photograph)
of such wheel. The latter adds the light signals delay phenomena on top
of the Lorentz contraction.

For example on this page you can see in the upper right-hand corner
the _measured_ wheel with spokes rolling left to right:
http://www.spacetimetravel.org/tompkins/node7.html

And here you can see its _visual appearance_ (third image from the top, the
blue wheel):
http://www.spacetimetravel.org/tompkins/node7.html

Notice the Lorentz contraction in some situations gets "cancelled" by
the signal delay effects. The blue spokes still look funny but the circular
outline of the wheel remains circular. It also appears rotated (the blue
wheel rolls along the thin black line!)

This is due to a general theorem in Minkowski geometry which says that
intersections of a fixed light cone with different spacelike surfaces
are conformally equivalent (so an object with a circular outline at rest
will _look_ like it remains circular when in motion, although
other details of its appearance may change, like those blue spokes).

The appearance of objects with circular outlines at fast speeds is also
known as "Terrell rotation".

> And since you say you are a CAD designer,

I never said that.

He is no mathematician. He is a sham. He doesn't
know the basics, neither in mathematics, nor in
anything else.

You write words with no meaning behind them, just like the words
you wrote above. Have you no shame? Just a few days ago everyone here
saw that you could not answer a simple question in Riemannian geometry.

The conclusion is obvious and left as an exercise to the reader.

|You write words with no meaning behind them,

A lie. Have you no shame? Just a few days ago everyone here
saw that you could not answer a simple question in metric
spaces. Google keeps record, poor idiot.
The conclusion is obvious and left as an exercise to the reader.

It's a fact.

You copy what I write again.

|It's a fact.

It's a lie, as expected from relativistic trash. You couldn't answer
a simple question in metric spaces. Do you want quotings?

|Point is you could not answer a simple question in Riemannian geometry.

No. Point is your moronic mumble is neither Riemannian geometry,
nor mathematics at all, and you couldn't answer a simple question
in metric spaces. You're no mathematician. You're a sham.

|Hence, you cannot provide a valid refutation of relativity on scientific
grounds.

And you're even too stupid to notice I'm not trying to refute
The Shit of your insane guru on scientific grounds.

Reimannian is a tensor.

No matter what you say (the topic is finished, by the way) you cannot reject relativity
on scientific grounds.

If you have other, non-scientific objections, post them on a new thread.
