Sure, since you only have a clock, not two. You misunderstand the whole
thing, and just jeopardized your Ballistic theory. It became abandonable.

Idiot! Any clock can use any stable oscillator.
Consider two differently orbiting clocks. They can both count the same
signals sent from an oscillator on Earth.
After 1 million years, their readings will be identical.
The same applies to a clock sent to Andromeda and back.
It wont be any different from the one counting on Earth.

But again, you only have A CLOCK, trigging and synchronizing some whatever
circuitry, you abusively call for being clocks. They are not. This is how
separate independent circuitry are driven inside you computer you abusing
right now.

Believe me, I am a professional.

It uses oscillators, not clocks, fool!.

No brother, what you call for "oscillators" are useless without a signal
conditioned TTL level, be that any, recognizable. You must be a newbeginner
or never saw any like that. It is also indeed called correctly CLOCK, CLK
etc, since it outputs a clock signal, a fundamental basic, as described
above.

Amazing! You've actually written something that makes sense!

The Japanese Quasi-Zenith Satellite System was developed to augment GNSS
satellites of GPS, GLONASS, Galileo etc. in dense metropolitan environments
where it is often difficult to get unblocked views of the minimum of four GNSS
satellites for a position fix. QZSS consists of several satellites in highly
inclined geosynchronous orbits timed so that one satellite will always be high
overhead in the Japanese sky.

Current satellites use rubidium clocks, but they carry prototypes of non-atomic
clocks that will depend on continuous correction by ground clocks, in effect
acting as transponders of ground time with some failover capability. Advantages
will be much cheaper, lighter weight satellites that can be boosted into space
using smaller rockets.

The c can be used rather than c + v since v is very close to zero.

Then why the signal received is Doppler shifted, if it is not because a
c+v? Thanks.

40 points for claiming that the "scientific establishment" is engaged in a "conspiracy" to prevent your work from gaining its well-deserved fame, or suchlike.

Oh dear! Paul still hasn't seen his terrible error. Most satellites with
45 degree inclination are not in the receiver's vertical plane and have
nothing like 520 m/s radial speeds.
It is quite clear that the current GPS system uses c+v even if
indirectly and in a carefully concealed manner (naturally, it is top
secret).

No Paul, there are plenty of ways to cover up the truth....ionsphere
delay, Sagnac, orbit eccentricity, refractive index etc.. The signals
take about 85 milliseconds to reach ground level. It is easy to wriggle
out of admitting that GPS proves Einstein wrong.

GPS works mainly because it is continually adjusted according to
empirical measurements and comparisons.

Attempts to link Einstein with the system is just more evidence of the
grand conspiracy that has kept his name alive for 100 years.

You can kick an scream all you want, it won't change
the fact that the GPS falsifies emission theories.
(Theories with Galilean relativity and the speed of
light is c in the rest frame of the source.)

You can kixk and scream all you want, but it also
falsifies theories that it is impossible to
synchronize clocks in motion relative to each other.

hahahhha! very true.. They wont accept that all the clocks are in
absolute synch and the fact that they are all moving relatively does not
matter one iota.

They avoid that subject by claiming none of the clocks are inertial and
it is the ECI frame that determines light speed.

Quite obviously GPS has nothing to do with Einstein's silly theory.
Linking his name with it is another example of the way the grand
conspiracy has been operating for 110 years.

Don't know if they are in absolute sync, but they are
in sync for sure, and according to Great Guru (and our
little guru Tom, too) it's impossible...
And heavier-than-air planes can never fly.

Your reference is about the Space/User-segment interface, so it has nothing to do at all with the control segment and thus the clock synchronization.

If you do the sums, then you find that a constant clock offset of ∆ f/f = - 4.4647E-10 for all satellites has next to no effect on the GPS accuracy ( http://www.physicsmyths.org.uk/gps.htm ).
And in Sect. 4.6 of the document http://www.georeferencial.com.br/old/material_didatico/entire_GPS.pdf they inform you quite clearly that the satellite clocks are synchronized AS REQUIRED (that is regardless of the nature of the clock drift) to keep them within 1 ms of the ground clock (corresponding to about 1 month of the relativistic clock drift!) and within 20 ns of each other. This and nothing else determines the GPS accuracy.
