In the first launching, the necessary relativistic correction to synchronize the atomic clock inside the satellite with the unique 1905R GPS ECI time -obtained from the predictions of 1905R and GR- was experimentally confirmed with an accuracy of 1%. The Lamb shift - what is it i fact? It's rather evident: any atom on the earth moves with a speed: 300-500 km/s.

OBVIOUSLY you have never used a compass. At my latitude (60 north) the magnetic lines intersect the surface at 72 degrees from horizontal. Pretty steep! But I can assure you that the needles in all the compasses in all the boats I have ever sailed (I have sailed thousands of nautical miles) have remained "accurately (but not exactly) horizontal". That might be so if compass needles were weightless or if they were aligned
vertically.
But they aren't.
They are balanced in the middle, and how much they dip is a compromise between
how much they tend to remain horizontal because they are balanced, versus how
much they tend to dip because of the direction of the magnetic field lines.

If you want to measure the inclination of the magnetic field, you use a
magnetic dip circle, not a compass.

Let's see: In an atom of radius r moving with velocity v in a magnetic field B, the Lorentz force creates an electric potential over the electron orbit W_L = r*e*B*v/c With r= 10^-8 cm, e= 4.8*10^-10 esu, B= 1 Gauss and v=4*10^5 cm/sec this results in an energy correction of W_L = 6*10^-23 erg The energy of an atomic oscillator of frequency f on the other hand is W_0 = h*f (h = Planck constant) which for f=10^9 Hz results in W_0 = 6.6*10^-27 *10^9 = 6.6*10^-18 erg so W_L/W_0 = 10^-5 As the hyperfine transitions used in atomic clocks are dipole forbidden though, there is only a second order effect (W_L/W_0)^2 = 10^-10 which is the same order of magnitude as the relativistic clock correction.

It is not necessarily the cesium resonance that changes. It is more likely the frequency dividing and counting system that does. Nobody counts the cycles of a cesium nucleus you know. It is far to high. The GR prediction has never been tested accurately by anyone, let alone someone who didn't have a vested interest in producing a particular predetermined answer.. --
