What am I saying is that he might have been Excellent in Physics, but Literature. I can't really see both abilities embedded into a single person. Hence we have back these distinct situation 1. Either some other guys rewrote his papers in a scientific advanced language 2. Or, he got inspired by his experience from the patent office. THe question remains, how much he got inspired.

I know this will all be over Koobee's head, but I'll go ahead and spell it out here for the benefit of others interested. In both special and general relativity, the electric field and magnetic field are unified into an electromagnetic field. This electromagnetic field is expressed as a rank 2 tensor. In local rectilinear coordinates, or for special relativity using globally rectilinear coordinates, the electromagnetic field tensor can be expressed,
(0 -E_x -E_y -E_z)
F^µ_ν = (E_x 0 cB_z -cB_y)
(E_y -cB_z 0 cB_x)
(E_z cB_y -cB_x 0)
Here I am using a unit convention defining it in units of electric field whereas you will often find it defined in either units of magnetic field or in units where c=1 so that units for electric field and magnetic field are the same, and a sign convention goes into its definition as well.
Anyway, defining it this way the stress-energy tensor for that electromagnetic field is
T^µ_ν =ε₀(F^µ^λF_λ_ν+(1/4)δ^µ_νF_λ_σF^λ^σ
This is the stress-energy tensor OF THE FIELD. It is outside the regions of the charged matter itself. If you want to look inside the charged matter region, you have to add to this the stress-energy tensor of that matter source. So, OUTSIDE of a spherically symmetric charge, or point charge, the stress-energy tensor of the electric field expressed in spherical coordinates becomes
