Wozniak is a nasty, vituperative person as evidenced by this post.

> They do, check at GPS.

They don't. Check the WHOLE background of the GPS:

http://www.phys.lsu.edu/mog/mog9/node9.html

"At the time of launch of the first NTS-2 satellite (June 1977), which
contained the first Cesium clock to be placed in orbit, there were some
who doubted that relativistic effects were real."

(Such as Wozniak)

"A frequency synthesizer was built into the satellite clock system so that
after launch, if in fact the rate of the clock in its final orbit was that
predicted by GR, then the synthesizer could be turned on bringing the clock
to the coordinate rate necessary for operation. The atomic clock was first
operated for about 20 days to measure its clock rate before turning on the
synthesizer. The frequency measured during that interval was +442.5 parts
in 10^12 faster than clocks on the ground; if left uncorrected this would
have resulted in timing errors of about 38,000 nanoseconds per day. The
difference between predicted and measured values of the frequency shift was
only 3.97 parts in 10^12, well, within the accuracy capabilities of the
orbiting clock. This then gave about a 1% validation of the combined motional
and gravitational shifts for a clock at 4.2 earth radii."

(Which refutes Wozniak's unfounded assertions and proves he is an
unrepentant lying weasel)

http://www.nist.gov/public_affairs/releases/aluminum-atomic-clock_092310.cfm

"Scientists have known for decades that time passes faster at higher
elevations—a curious aspect of Einstein's theories of relativity that
previously has been measured by comparing clocks on the Earth's surface
and a high-flying rocket."

"Now, physicists at the National Institute of Standards and Technology
(NIST) have measured this effect at a more down-to-earth scale of 33
centimeters, or about 1 foot"

Which refutes Wozniak's spitting, hissing, screaming lies. He is what
you'd call a dead liar typing.

One hasn't to check the whole background
at this case.
To check clocks is enough. They're in sync,

Yeah, according to the Polish troll, t'=t, that is 1/t'=1/t, that is 1/t'=10.2299999354 MHz =10.23 MHz=1/t. Go figure his mental state!!!!

I'm fairly sure his mental state is called racism, and that's what motivates anti-relativity cranks like him. I mean sense all of the predictions of relativity have always been correct, it can't be anything rational that motivates them.

According to Polish troll, they're in sync.
And any documentation of GPS supports me, and

He is correct, if satellites are in synch no relativity correction is
necessary. Glonass, need no corrections. It just works.

So you the nymshifting troll knows where the GPS documents says t'=t?

Everywhere. That's what synchronization is all about. You wannabes half-
engineers relativists around here are not getting it, as it is written,
they have eyes but they can't read.

In terms of clocks being unable to absolutely synchronize- can we assume that the standard of these measures are slightly probabilistic?

We can assume what we wish; we can assume wisely or stupidly.
Great Guru, for instance, assumed that good clocks are
unsynchronized clocks. Poor idiot.

Yes, I choose the word synchronized and everything starts from there. It doesn't matter to me how extrapolated they are as long as their stream is seamless.

Clocks are either absolutely synchronized or not synchronized at all.
There is no other condition.

GPS clocks are absolutely synchronized. If they were not, the system
would not work very well.

This shows that "Wilson" is unstuck from reality. There is no such thing
as "absolutely synchronized" clocks, but there are clocks which are close
enough for the task at hand.

Hahahaha! Only a blithering idiot would say this :-))

> If they were not, the system would not work very well.

GPS clocks are synchronized to within a few tens of nanoseconds:

http://www.astronomy.ohio-state.edu/~pogge/Ast162/Unit5/gps.html

"To achieve this level of precision, the clock ticks from the GPS satellites
must be known to an accuracy of 20-30 nanoseconds. However, because the
satellites are constantly moving relative to observers on the Earth, effects
predicted by the Special and General theories of Relativity must be taken
into account to achieve the desired 20-30 nanosecond accuracy."

So according to "Wilson" the "system would not work very well" :-))))
